Resumed work on the 1990 Diamond Back Apex today. I confirmed the wheels I build are dished, I confirmed it can fit 650B x FORTY-EIGHT tires, and best of all: the XTR v-brakes have (just) enough vertical travel to work on the larger wheels!!!
