According to some research, it sure does look like my 7900 Dura Ace 10-speed brifters (take-offs from a FREE #bike from a friend!) should index an M972 XTR derailleur. Gonna give it a shot on this chubby-tire “road” bike I’m building from a ‘91 Schwinn Crosscut.
